THE INVERNESS HOTEL AND CONFERENCE CENTER BALANCES WORK AND PLAY
WITH NEW SPA OPENING WINTER 2006
                                              – New Spa is Centerpiece of Resort’s $9 Million Renovation –

(ENGLEWOOD, Colo.) – Work, play, mind and body. All will be in harmonious balance when The Inverness Hotel and Conference Center unveils its new full-service spa early this fall.

Designed to welcome weary travelers and escape-minded locals alike, the new 4,500-square-foot spa will feature seven treatment rooms to include massages, facials and body treatments, a relaxing waiting area and complete locker room facilities, as well as a nail salon, fitness center and retail outlet.

“This is another amenity we will be able to offer our guests that will help them to relax and enjoy the complete Inverness experience,” said George Fischer, Managing Director of The Inverness Hotel and Conference Center. “The new spa will strengthen our position as a premier destination for both meaningful meetings and unforgettable leisure getaways.”

Scheduled to open in the third quarter of 2006, the spa is the centerpiece and final phase of an 15-month, $8 million renovation at The Inverness Hotel and Conference Center. During that time, each of the property’s 302 guest rooms and suites were appointed with a luxurious bedding package, contemporary lighting and décor and new window treatments. All reflect upscale, yet comfortable Colorado living.

The conference facilities were improved with upgraded audiovisual equipment, more than 900 new ergonomic Herman Miller Aeron chairs, as well as new carpet and upgraded tackable wall surfaces.

Dining at The Inverness received a welcome makeover as well. Denver dining icon The Swan, was transformed with tremendous success into Baca, a casually upscale dinner spot serving authentic Colorado cuisine with a Spanish flair.

In addition, The Inverness has remade its casual dining experience into The Spotted Dog, an English Pub-themed eatery that emphasizes social interaction with a variety of traditional pub games and activities.

“Our goal is to offer our guests exceptional experiences and the opportunity to customize their stay,” said Curtis Bova, director of sales and marketing at The Inverness. “The new spa and renovations are examples of how The Inverness is focused on continuous improvement and providing the most well-rounded environment for work, play or both.”
