The Inverness Hotel, King Soopers and The Salvation Army Continue a Century Long Tradition of Serving a Thanksgiving Dinner in Denver

ENGLEWOOD, CO – Nov. 14, 2011 – As you walk the grocery aisles at King Soopers, there are constant reminders that Thanksgiving is near. For some, this annual tradition will include a meal prepared for four, eight or slightly more, but for some local organizations, this meal includes preparations for nearly 1,500. The annual Salvation Army Thanksgiving Dinner, Denver’s largest charitable Thanksgiving feast, will take place at the Colorado Convention Center in Hall B on Thurs., Nov. 24 from 11:30-1:30pm.
