EASTER CELEBRATION AT THE INVERNESS HOTEL AND CONFERENCE CENTER
(ENGLEWOOD, Colo.) – The Inverness Hotel and Conference Center is celebrating spring with its annual Easter Brunch, April 16 in the Garden Terrace and Columbine Room beginning at 9 a.m.
Brunch will be served from 9 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Cost is $36.95 for adults and $15.95 for children ages 4 to 10. Reservations are required and are available by calling 303-799-5800.
A selection of gourmet salads, imported and domestic cheeses, crisp vegetables, fresh seafood and pastas will be on display, along with hot-from-the-oven breads, muffins and baked goods.
Special breakfast selections include made-to-order vanilla and chocolate waffles with warm maple syrup, whipped butter, mixed berries and whipped cream, and Pancake Oscar, sliced fresh on request. The omelet station, features farm-fresh eggs, or Eggbeaters served any style, accompanied by ham, sausage, bacon, shrimp, mushrooms, peppers, tomatoes, olives, onions, jalapenos, cheddar and jack cheeses.
At the carving station, choose from Roasted Leg of Spring Lamb stuffed with Dandelion Pesto, in a Riesling-Baked Apple Jus or Madeira-Maple Glazed Easter Ham, with Caramelized Rhubarb Sauce.
Warm entrees include Cinnamon-Chile Seared Beef Medallions, with Grilled Ramps and Toasted Cumin Bordelaise, Roasted Chicken stuffed with Asparagus and Oregon Morels on Tomato-Pepper Almond Sauce, Seared Atlantic Salmon with Sorrel Sauce and Olive Oil Poached Tomatoes and various side dishes
For dessert, there will be an array of assorted fresh fruits, cheesecakes, pastries, pies and puddings, along with the classic Inverness Fruit Pizza, Double Chocolate Mousse, sugar-free temptations and more,
The kids buffet will feature fun foods, including French toast sticks, chicken tenders, mini corn dogs, tater tots, junior burgers, mac’n’cheese, Easter candies and Mudpie Pudding Flower Pots with Gummi Worms among other tasty treats.
