Room rates are subject to a 4.25% tax.
Fees
A daily facility services fee of $12.99 will be applied to room rates. This fee simplifies the many incidental charges experienced at most hotels and resorts, including the following:
- Guest room wired/wireless high-speed Internet access
- Unlimited local phone calls
- In-room coffee service
- Access to computer kiosks located throughout our Denver area hotel
- Access to the fitness center and indoor/outdoor swimming facilities
- Valet and Self Parking
- Shuttle Service within a 5-mile radius

Late check outs are available upon request for the following costs:

Full room rate after 5pm
Cancellation:
All cancellations need to be made by 6 p.m. the day before arrival in order to avoid a cancellation fee of one night's room rate including tax.
Smoking:
The Inverness Hotel and Conference Center is a non-smoking resort.
Rollaway Charge:
$10 per night
Refrigerator Rental:
$10 per stay
