Please note that our room rates, which are based on double occupancy, do not include 4.35% tax and a daily facility services fee of $9.99.

Room rates are subject to a 4.35% tax.

Fees
A daily facility services fee of $9.99 will be applied to room rates. This fee simplifies the many incidental charges experienced at most hotels and resorts, including the following:

• Guest room wired/wireless high-speed Internet access
• Unlimited local phone calls
• In-room coffee service
• Access to computer kiosks located throughout our Denver hotel
• Access to the fitness center and indoor/outdoor swimming facilities
• Valet parking and shuttle service within a 5-mile radius

Cancellation:
All cancellations need to be made by 6 p.m. the day before arrival in order to avoid a cancellation fee of one night's room rate including tax.

Smoking:
The Inverness Hotel and Conference Center is a non-smoking resort.

Rollaway Charge:
$10 per night

Refrigerator Rental:
$10 per stay
