What you should know

Spa Arrival Time

Please arrive 20-30 minutes prior to your spa appointment. While you wait for one of our therapists to greet you, slip into one of our luxurious robes and sandals, and enjoy our private outdoor hot tub and stone fireplace. Our indoor pool, hot tub, steam room, and complete fitness center are also available to complete your spa experience.

Jewelry and Other Valuables

Please leave your jewelry and other valuables either in your guest room or at home. A safe deposit box is available at the front desk for your convenience.

Considerations

Please assist us in maintaining a tranquil spa environment. We kindly request that you respect other guests by using quiet conversation and refraining from using cell phones or pagers while enjoying the spa. Please drink plenty of water and the consumption of alcohol in The Spa is prohibited.

Gratuities

Gratuities may be left at the front desk, or with your therapist. Please keep in mind that we want all of our guests to enjoy their experience at the spa, and leaving a gratuity is at the guest's discretion.

What should I wear?

A robe and sandals will be given to each of our guests upon arrival. Swimsuits will be required for all of our hot tubs and pools.

Minimum Age

For all of our spa services, we do ask that all of our guests are 16 years old or older.

Spa Gift Certificates

Give the gift of indulgence with a spa gift certificate presented in our exclusive gift box. Gift certificates can be purchased for specific dollar amounts and can be used toward spa services or products.

Canceling Appointments

All appointments must be cancelled with at least 24 hours notice. A cancellation fee will be assessed without appropriate cancellation notice.
