BACA - Savor authentic Colorado Cuisine with influences from around the globe. Named after one of the state's pioneering families, this Englewood restaurant captures the essence of the region by sourcing indigenous ingredients and supporting local farmers. The menu changes frequently but will consistently feature Colorado lamb, Rocky Mountain trout, Front Range bison and local produce. Choose from a variety of Colorado Craft beers on tap or enjoy specialty cocktails such as the popular cucumber water or the refreshing watermelon sangria. Open daily for dinner 6pm to 9pm
THE GARDEN TERRACE - The Garden Terrace restaurant is a local favorite, boasting daily breakfast and lunch buffets (a la carte menus are available as well) with a vast array of culinary delights.
