DH&R Destination Dish
Each month, the Executive Chefs throughout Destination Hotels and Resorts will challenge themselves to create an exquisite dish to feature in their restaurant based on the ingredient of the month.
In January, the chefs are challenged with Kumquats, and Chef Herwerth of The Inverness Hotel has incorporated the kumquat into his incredible Lavender Glazed Duckling Dish. (see recipe below)
