ENGLEWOOD, Colo. - Famous for its elaborate Sunday and Easter Brunch buffets, The Inverness Hotel and Conference Center is expanding its Easter offerings to include special children's activities, including opportunities to visit with the Easter bunny and animals at a petting zoo, participate in Easter egg hunts, and enjoy caricature artists in the hotel lobby and piano music in the dining rooms. A special "kids' height" buffet will also be available. Easter brunch and festivities are available on Sunday, April 20, from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. in the award-winning Garden Terrace restaurant or Columbine Room. The cost is $34.95 for adults and $15.95 for children ages 4-10.

This year's Easter brunch includes:
- A variety of salads, fruits, cheeses and seafood
- Ham and lamb carving stations
- Fresh eggs and omelets prepared to order
- Traditional breakfast accompaniments including bacon, sausage and potatoes O'Brien
- Additional entrees such as eggs benedict with chive hollandaise, Grand Marnier-filled French toast, Colorado petite filet of beef, black sesame-seared Mahi Mahi, stuffed chicken breast, and baked ziti with spicy Italian sausage

- Desserts such as raspberry cream cheese bread pudding with caramel crust, New York cheesecake, chocolate carrot cake, cherry clafouti tart, linzer torte, black forest cake, and sugar-free selections including cheesecake, pies, tartelettes and blueberry muffins

- "Kids' height" buffet with scrambled eggs, French toast sticks, mini cheeseburgers, tater tots, macaroni and cheese, Jell-O, pudding and Easter candy
