ENGLEWOOD, Colo. - On Thurs., March 13, The Inverness Hotel and Conference Center will participate in "Dining Out For Life" day by donating 25 percent of The Swan's food and non-alcohol sales to Project Angel Heart, an organization dedicated to providing nutritious, home-delivered meals to people living with HIV/AIDS, cancer and other life threatening illnesses.

Restaurant-goers can support the cause by making reservations at The Swan and dining on dishes from the restaurant's new, three-course "Sundown in the Swan" menu or its regular a la carte menu. Priced at $28 per person, Sundown in the Swan is available to guests between 6 and 7 p.m., Tues. through Sat. evenings, offering guests the added-value option of a price-fixed menu.

Project Angel Heart began "Dining Out For Life" in 1995 with 22 participating restaurants. The event has grown an average of 60 percent each year since, jumping from $14,000 raised in 1995 to $220,000 in 2002.
