As one of few AAA Four Diamond? restaurants in the Denver area, The Swan offers eclectic New American regional cuisine with an elegant and relaxing ambiance. The Swan is known for tableside preparation of classic dishes including Chateaubriand, Caesar salad, specialty desserts and premium Martinis. A classical guitarist performs Thursdays through Sundays. Reservations are recommended.

Open Tuesday through Saturday 6:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.

* The Garden Terrace offers breakfast and luncheon buffets as well as individual menu items. Each Friday and Saturday night from 5:30 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. The Garden Terrace offers a Seafood Buffet, with selections of fresh seafood, shellfish and sushi. Reservations are recommended. Adults $28.95, children ages 4-10 $14.95.

Sunday brunch at The Garden Terrace, offers more than 100 items to choose from, including favorites like made to order omelets and Belgian waffles, carved lunch specialties and fresh pastries. Adults $25.95, children ages 4-10 $13.95. Brunch is available Sundays from 9:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.

Open Monday through Sunday 6:30 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.

* The Fireside Lounge overlooks the scenic Inverness Golf Club and offers libations from gourmet coffee drinks to signature martinis.

Open Monday through Sunday 11:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m.

* The Pub, a sophisticated yet light-hearted sports bar, offers large screen televisions, pool tables, darts, and allows cigar and cigarette smoking.

Open evenings Monday through Saturday.

* The Golf Grille offers appetizers, sandwiches and housemade soups along with an array of seasonal beverages.
